About

You've been doing your best. Liberate yourself to shift.

Are you looking for a therapist who won’t judge you; who is interactive; who sees you; whom you can tell genuinely enjoys your time together; with whom you will witness your own growth? With an open heart, humor, insight, intuition, decades of experience, and true honoring of your knowledge of self, I will join you on an adventure of self-exploration. I thrive in working with those interested in self-development, and have experience and training in the intersection of science and spirituality, the metaphysical arts, mindfulness/stress reduction, positive psychology, energy psychology, and interpersonal neurobiology. I am DBT-informed, EMDR-informed, psychedelic integration-informed, IFS-informed, and am deeply interested in the subconscious and excavation of limiting beliefs. Non-ordinary states of consciousness and non-ordinary relationships are welcome topics of conversation here. I am skilled in working with people with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use/misuse, parenting, infertility, grief and loss, including pregnancy and infant loss, medical illness, and especially HIV/AIDS, LGBTQIA+ people as well as polyamorous/CNM folks, and am kink/BDSM-affirming and sex-positive. Outside of private practice, I have spent years working in hospice, hospitals, and international and domestic public health and LGBTQIA+ services. I wrote my masters thesis on adapting “couples therapy” to be polyamory-friendly. I am trained in cultural competency and hold all humans as equally worthy of love, safety, resources, peace, health, joy, respect, and dignity. If you think we would be a good fit for one another, I would be delighted to hear from you.
